For their 100th day of school for this year, the kids were
asked to wear something commemorating the special day. Angela made
Devin a t-shirt with 100 tiny Army men on it. |
 |
Caitlin wore full fatigues for camouflage day at church. |
 |
My friend Stephen brought his dog over and he and Ginger
played for hours. Here Ginger gives her best "I'm the boss here"
imitation. |

 |
Devin turned 6, yeah! We celebrated with a sleepover
of his friends. Among his gifts were his much awaited for roller
blades. Oh, and that was the worst night of sleep I've had in a really
long time, if you can call it sleep. Plus Devin and I had to getup for
basketball practice the next morning at 6:45. |

 |
One day Angela and the kids brought Ginger into the office
to display her newly learned trick of snatching bubbles. In the bottom
picture you can see Caitlin is learning how to do it, too. We're all
so proud of her...Ginger that is. |
 |
An unfortunate accident with Caitlin and the horse that
lives behind our house. Don't worry, Caitlin is expected to make a
full recovery. |
 |
Greg cooks up some vittles while Ginger has trouble
figuring out that she no longer weighs just 10 lbs. She still thinks
she's a lap-dog. |

Angela coaches Caitlin's Upward Cheerleading squad.
Caitlin is on the bottom-right. |

Greg coaches Devin's kindergarten Upward Basketball team
and referees for other games in the league. |

For Angela's nephew, Sean's, science project, we designed
and built this nifty car. The requirement was that you could make it
out of anything you wish, but it must be able to go at least 2 meters
powered by two rubber bands. We made this out of a 2x8 piece of wood
and some hobby car wheels. Click the first picture to see a video of
the initial test run which was a complete success! |

Ginger is sent in one morning to wake Devin, but she
decides the bed is warm enough that she might just catch a few extra Z's,
too. |
 |
Our new church worship center is moving right along.
It is scheduled for move-in next January. We were privileged enough to
be able to take a tour of the facility with the pastor to get a sneak-peek. |
 |
Someone told me it would be funny to stick some peanut
butter on the roof of Ginger's mouth. They neglected to point out that
it should be removed from the jar first. |
 |
We gave a home to this lovely baby grand piano which was
originally owned by Angela's great grandmother. We hope for Caitlin to
someday take piano lessons and play on this piano rounding out 5 generations
in the family. |

One cold night when we returned home from a party, we found
that leaving Ginger in our bathroom while we were gone was probably not the
best idea. She now stays in a kennel on cold or wet nights. |
